Your tutor will be Terry M. Hogan.  Terry has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.   He also has a B. Sc. in physics and has completed 2 1/2 years of graduate work in physics.  He has taught for 20 years at the university level.   He has also worked as a research engineer in the space industry, run a computer business, and created a number of websites.
